- I received product(s) with physical damage (e.g. dented, broken, scratched)
- I received faulty product(s) (e.g. malfunctioned, cannot be used)
- Change of mind
2) Once Just Murah has accepted your return request, you will need to send the parcel back to the seller for further processing of your refund or return case.
3) Kindly note that Just Murah may dispute your return if the vendor/supplier disagrees with the reason you requested for a refund. In such cases, Just Murah's Dispute Team will take over the case and judge based on the proof provided by both parties.
