Cancellation Policy :
1.1 Buyer may only cancel his/her order prior to the payment of Buyer’s Purchase Monies into Just Murah Account.
1.2 Buyer may apply for the return of the purchased item and refund prior to the expiry of Just Murah Guarantee Period (48 hours), if applicable, subject to and in accordance with Just Murah’s Refunds and Return Policy.
1.3 Just Murah reserves the right to cancel any transaction on the Site and Buyer agrees that Buyer’s sole remedy will be to receive a refund of the Buyer’s Purchase Monies paid.
1.4 Just Murah does not monitor the cancellation, return and refund process for offline payment.
1.5 Refunds to Buyers shall be made to their account within three (3) working days of the return or refund request being approved.
Refund Policy :
You can apply for a return with the following reasons:
- I did not receive the product(s) (e.g. missing item, parcel lost in transit)
- I received incomplete product(s) (e.g. incomplete sets, incomplete parts)
- I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
- I received product(s) with physical damage (e.g. dented, broken, scratched)
- I received faulty product(s) (e.g. malfunctioned, cannot be used)
You will NOT be able to apply for a return or refund for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
1) You have to inform Just Murah within 48 hours (Guarantee Period) upon receiving the product if you wish to request for a return or refund
2) Once Just Murah has accepted your return request, you will need to send the parcel back to the seller for further processing of your refund or return case.
3) Kindly note that Just Murah may dispute your return if the vendor/supplier disagrees with the reason you requested for a refund. In such cases, Just Murah's Dispute Team will take over the case and judge based on the proof provided by both parties.
